No brokerage services, financial advisory services, portfolio management services, investment recommendations, or regulated financial activities are provided.
2. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for maintaining lawful usage of infrastructure services and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and industry standards.
- Users must not engage in illegal or unauthorized activities
- Infrastructure must not be used for fraudulent or malicious purposes
- Customers are responsible for securing application-level access credentials
- Users are responsible for compliance with local regulations applicable to their workloads
3. Infrastructure Availability
Xtreme Cloud Services aims to maintain high infrastructure availability and uptime through enterprise-grade monitoring, redundancy, and datacenter operations.
However, uptime may occasionally be affected by scheduled maintenance, upstream network disruptions, force majeure events, or external service provider issues.
4. Payment & Billing
Infrastructure services are billed according to selected plans, custom deployments, or enterprise agreements.
- Invoices must be paid within the agreed billing cycle
- Late payments may result in suspension of services
- Taxes and statutory charges may apply where required
- Custom enterprise deployments may require advance payments
5. Acceptable Use Policy
The following activities are strictly prohibited on Xtreme Cloud Services infrastructure:
- Malware hosting or distribution
- DDoS attacks or network abuse
- Unauthorized intrusion attempts
- Spam or phishing operations
- Illegal financial fraud activities
- Distribution of prohibited or unlawful content
6. Data & Backups
Customers are responsible for maintaining backups of critical business data unless managed backup services are explicitly included in the infrastructure agreement.
Xtreme Cloud Services may provide backup systems, replication systems, or disaster recovery infrastructure depending on selected services.
7. Limitation of Liability
Xtreme Cloud Services shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from infrastructure interruptions, application failures, customer configuration errors, or external connectivity issues.
8. Suspension & Termination
Services may be suspended or terminated in cases involving:
- Violation of these Terms & Conditions
- Illegal or abusive infrastructure usage
- Non-payment of invoices
- Security risks impacting infrastructure stability
9. Infrastructure Disclaimer
Xtreme Cloud Services provides technology infrastructure and hosting solutions only.
References to fintech systems, trading workloads, analytics infrastructure, automation platforms, or market-related applications are purely related to enterprise technology environments and not financial services.
